I am a founder and operator. I have worked for myself since I was fourteen, starting out by helping other businesses with design, marketing, and websites. That work became LUMA. From there I built, bought, and ran businesses across service and automotive industries, and reached a million in turnover before thirty with good partners, a good network, and a lot of deliberate choices about where I spent my time and who I spent it with.

My focus is increasingly on artificial intelligence. Not the theatrical kind, but the kind that makes operations more reliable, decisions more informed, and execution more consistent. I came to it late. I was introduced in 2023 but did not take it seriously until early 2025. When I did, the picture changed.

I think about systems a lot. How they break, how they scale, how they compound over time. The constant across everything I have built has been automation, operational efficiency, and how to make things run without adding headcount. That has always been the real interest.

This site is where I write, document what I am working on, and make my thinking visible over time. It is early. The body of work is accumulating. I am not trying to look further along than I am.
